Our Story

At KiddieKind Necks, we believe that jewelry should bring joy and connection — not worry. Our story began with a simple, yet deeply personal moment that sparked a vision for change.

When my dog passed away, I wanted a way to keep him close, so I had a custom necklace made with his face on it. My daughter, who adored our dog, was just 3.5 years old at the time, and she wanted to wear the necklace too. But as a parent, I was concerned. Could the chain easily break or is the chain too strong? Would it pose a danger to her delicate neck? I searched everywhere for a solution to make the necklace safer, but there was nothing that offered the security I needed. So, I did what any determined mom would do — I created my own safe clasp to attach to the necklace. Afterward, other moms began noticing it and asking where they could find one too. That’s when I realized there was a real need for a product that could help parents feel more confident about their kids wearing jewelry. Thus, KiddieKind Necks was born.

Our mission is simple: to give parents peace of mind while allowing kids to enjoy beautiful, meaningful jewelry. We first designed our innovative safe clasp to reduce the risk of necklace breakage and minimize the potential for neck harm. We also realized that our product posed other benefits too!
